Returned by Alex has customer did not sign damaged on original Averitt shipment. It shipped directly from True. The back is crushed as well as the side corner. The back cage is severely damaged. It was damaged so bad that it caused internal damage to the freezer. It is bent in and severely dented. We will try and file a claim on the return. It looks worse than when the customer shipped it back so FedEx Freight should be liable for some of the damage. Claim filed 10/5/26.
