RMA# 3137 / Customer refused due to freight damage - returned "free astray" to Douglas. Damage is cosmetic - back bottom grill is bent. Claim filed on original pro. Claim with FedEx Freight was mitigated to $1494.89. The customer kept the D570 and sent back the UYP0190A. FedEx Freight agreed to pay $600.00 for each unit + freight charges of $294.89 for a total of $1494.89. Will need to bring the ice machine to service to fix the bent grill on back.
