RMA# 3067 / The coffee brewer was sent back in a smashed box with no inner packaging. It is not the box that Bunn shipped it in. It looks like UPSG destroyed the original box and tried to re-box it and re-label it in a different box. The customer was right. The unit has dents and dings all over it. Filed claim with UPS Capital. UPS Capital paid claim in full + shipping = $447.01. In service to be repaired and tested. Service repaired and tested 7/30/26. REPACKED IN DIFFERENT BUNN BOX. Listing as DD OB. Has damage. Waiting on Jeremy's pricing. - Gabriel
