The base of the brewer is severely bent and dented. The unit will not sit level at all. All top corners are bent as well. No box. Thrown away. Packed with fiberglass insulation. Claim filed with UPS Capital on return tracking. Claim paid in full + shipping = $1416.35. In service awaiting parts 11/7/25.
